We are currently seeking a financial controller with experience in consumer services, real estate investment and mortgage loans, who can appreciate a company that is rapidly growing, has little debt and is well-capitalized. Among other things this role will be responsible for:
All aspects of financial management, including property accounting, corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget preparation, as well as the development of internal financial controls, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include strategic and operational decision-making, forecasting and business analysis. Note Purchasing Manager
We have an opportunity for a Mortgage Note Purchasing Manager. We are looking for someone with grit who is smart and ambitious. Our perfect candidate would thrive in a competitive environment and be driven for success. This position reports to the Vice President of Mortgage Operations and Servicing.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in loan purchasing, Real Estate Investment or mortgage. This is a very hands-on role, responsible for the supervision of department staff as well as for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Note Purchasing Team. Additionally this person will Conduct due diligence on all potential note purchases and negotiate contracts.
Executive Administrative Assistant
We have an opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant. This person will be assisting the President with routine and advanced administrative duties. This person is smart, analytical, a quick learner and has experience keeping confidentiality while also providing efficient, proactive administrative support in a busy office setting. We are looking for someone who is driven, takes the initiative and is responsive as the need arises, shows good common sense and a positive attitude, and who is reliable and takes pride in his/her work. Among other things, the executive assistant will:
Act as an administrative liaison among executives, employees, and other external business contacts in a fast-paced environment, displaying excellent communication and verbal skills, Network and interact with external business contacts including brokers, real estate companies, banks, lawyers, mortgage companies and/or title companies, etc. Assist the President with daily duties such as scanning, emailing, proofreading legal documents including UCC filings etc., creating reports, general correspondence, and documents, calendaring and making meetings and travel arrangements.
Acquisitions Administrative Assistant
We are searching for a candidate that attains experience in or general knowledge of the mortgage, real estate, and title industries to join our Acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will undertake a heavy load of high-level administrative tasks that include but are not limited to:
Reviews and interprets information from applicable sources such as plat or tax maps, property appraisals, title searches, inspection reports, etc. Communicates with sellers, real estate brokers, and/or title companies to request/provide information and resolve any issues surrounding acquisitions/closings. Uses independent judgment in completing activities on time and working under general supervision, while assisting with special projects and being flexible to the needs of the department and its frequently changing priorities.
Title & Lien Search Specialist
We are currently seeking a personable and detail-oriented Title Searcher with experience in Real Estate, Mortgage or Title to add to our team in the Acquisitions Department. Among other duties, the person in this position will:
Search public records, liens, deeds, judgments and chains of title to determine legal status of both residential and commercial properties, verify property legal descriptions, ownership and restrictions to ensure the title has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder the sale and/or insurability of the property, Compile information and documents relating to property title and summarize findings to include pertinent/relevant information.
Real Estate Sales Specialist – SWE Homes
Currently interviewing and hiring motivated and driven individuals to join our Sales team. This is an excellent sales position with great income potential for the right person. If you have good sales and customer service skills, you have the potential to earn $50-60K within your first year with top performers earning $100K and higher.
There is no license or real estate experience required. Our Real Estate Sales Specialists are primarily in the office providing information/customer service over the phone to prospective buyers, but they also meet with customers in person and go on appointments to show our properties available for sale or lease.
Real Estate Sales Specialist – The Preserve of Texas
The Preserve, a private living community featuring over 2,000+ acres of pristine Texas nature, located in Liberty County, Texas, just an hour from Beaumont and Houston, is currently offering an excellent job opportunity for Bilingual Sales Representatives who want to build a career with a well-established Real Estate Investment Company. Real Estate Sales Specialist – Commission Only
We are the largest owner-financing company in Texas, and we currently have over 1000 properties available for sale or lease throughout Texas and other states. We are actively interviewing motivated and driven individuals to join our Sales team. This is a remote and commission only sales role with great earning potential for the right person, and there is no Cold Calling or Real Estate License Required! Duties of this role include but are not limited to:
Receiving inbound phone calls and answering customers’ enquiries about our properties available for sale and or lease. Uncovering customers’ needs and economic capabilities to make appropriate suggestions. Serving as a liaison between customer, sales, and loan origination teams, Pre-qualifying buyers and conducting homes’ tours with customers, and effectively negotiate and close deals.
We are currently looking for an intern to assist in our marketing department, this will be an on-going opportunity and we are looking for someone who can work full-time preferably, but we are also open to part-time. For part-time work we are willing to work around your school schedule and we are looking for 20-30 hours per week with the ability to work during school breaks. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist managing and updating Social Media Accounts, collaborating with the Marketing team in planning and content creation, write content for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
